Rules:
New rule book
Need to change rule about adjudication committee
Need to create policy manual, must discuss committee and elections

Referee training
Saturday volunteers will get pdf file of rule book with instructions to read specific sections
David and Mike P. will supervise scrimmage games
Mike P. will take over referee coordinating over next 3 weeks while Mike C. is away
Gil (rugby ref), Joanne (NYU) putting out the word for paid refs
Proposed 1 hour referee session every week: Review previous week games, discuss rules, calls
Can we institute punishment/incentives for teams or individual referees?
Pay $10 per game? Head ref budgeted for $50 per game

Nominations 3 weeks earlier (individuals to declare intentions)
Mat Bergman to organize and run election; will form a committee

XES will show THE LAW FIRM with volume (50 people promise)

Gay games – next meeting

Mike P – party at GYM Bar, next Wed (Tim is working on it). Will we raise money in advance?

Mike C – defense reset box on Sunday. Did it work well?
Cyd: It prevented us from playing our game, took time from defensive huddle
Defense should help referees reset the box? Get volunteers from captains
Cyd: Offense should reset the box on way to huddle; Matt B. will pass that on to the captains

Flags – Alon donates $200 to the league to purchase flags
